The National Suicide Research Foundation, an independent research unit which investigates the causes of suicide and self-harm in Ireland, has announced its Virtual Seminar on Suicide, Self-Harm and Mental Health 2020 on 9th Oct celebrating World Mental Health Day 2020

About this Event

To celebrate World Mental Health Day, the National Suicide Research Foundation in collaboration with University College Cork, the Higher Education Authority, the Health Service Executive National Office for Suicide Prevention and Ulster University, is hosting a virtual seminar via Zoom on Friday, 9th October, for those working in the area of Suicide, Self-Harm and Mental Health.

The seminar programme will have two parts:

  • Morning (9.30am – 12.00pm): Research Presentations
  • Afternoon (2.00pm – 4.00pm): Workshops and Masterclasses

If you would like to be considered for presentation, you must send your abstract to cliodhna.oconnor@ucc.ie by Wednesday23rd September.
