Entry Requirements
Applicants will be admitted onto the Special Purpose Award in Cybersecurity once they have satisfied the following entry criteria:
A Grade O6/H7 or above in at least five Leaving Certificate subjects, including Mathematics.
OR
A qualification from a related discipline equivalent to or higher than Level 6 on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ).
OR
A full QQI/FETAC Level 5 or Level 6 Major Award.
Mature Applicants
Applications are also welcomed from mature learners aged 23 or older by January 1st of the year of entry.

English Language Requirements
For applicants whose first language is not English, a B2+ level on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL) is required (IELTS Academic score of 6.0 or equivalent).
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Applicants may also be considered for entry based on prior experiential learning and professional experience. Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering educational background, technical aptitude, and professional experience.
