Entry Requirements
Applicants will be admitted onto the Higher Diploma in Science in Data Analytics once they have satisfied the following entry criteria:
A Primary Honours Degree (Level 8) in a non-cognate discipline from a recognised third-level institution or equivalent qualification.
Applicants should ideally demonstrate technical or mathematical problem-solving skills through previous academic study or work experience. Candidates from numerate or technical disciplines may receive higher ranking during the selection process.
English language competency to CEFRL B2+ (IELTS 6.0 Academic or equivalent) is required for international students whose first language is not English.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Applicants may also be considered for entry through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or assessment of prior experiential learning.
Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering educational background, professional experience, technical aptitude, and the applicant’s ability to successfully participate in the programme.
