Research Week is a celebration of research undertaken by Maynooth University’s professors, lecturers, postdoctoral researchers and undergraduate and postgraduate students across all faculties, institutes, and centres.
Maynooth researchers are taking on some of the most pressing challenges facing society today. From 8-12 October 2018, the University invites the public in – to hear about and engage with the rich body of multi-disciplinary research being undertaken right here in Maynooth, and the impact those discoveries are having across the globe. This week-long series of events is a chance to be enlightened and inspired by MU’s captivating and thought-provoking academics (and their students!) across our three faculties: Science and Engineering; Arts, Philosophy and Celtic Studies; and Social Sciences -- as they open up their world to the public and to colleagues across the campus.
