The 2022 Graduate Programme with Enterprise Rent-a-Car (ERAC) is now open for applications. The role is based in Dublin and is a permanent contract. This role is offered through AHEAD‘s WAM programme for Graduates with Disabilities

Willing Able Mentoring (WAM) is a work placement programme which aims to promote access to the labour market for graduates with disabilities and build the capacity of employers to integrate disability into the mainstream workplace.

Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in ANY discipline and a full drivers licence. Please note ERAC do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.

  • Someone who wants to manage in the future – you’ll learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote a staff of your own.
