Participants will complete a reflective practice portfolio throughout the programme. Through a series of structured reflections, participants will critically explore the impact of trauma within their professional environment. The assessment is designed to support integration of learning, critical reflection and consideration of how trauma-informed approaches can be embedded in practice, teams and organisations.
