This one year conversion programme provides an opportunity for students who have successfully completed an Ordinary (3 Year) degree (NFQ Level 7) or honours (4 Year) degree (NFQ Level 8) in a different discipline (for example: Business, Science or Engineering) to attain an honours degree (Level 8) in Hospitality Management equivalent in a further single year of studies.
The individual modules run in conjunction with existing modules on our degree courses. The three-month hospitality industry placement over the summer months forms an integral part of this programme.
