Coughlan launches €26m equity fund for start-ups

The Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise Mary Coughlan has launched a €26m equity fund to invest in start-up and early-stage companies.<br /><br />The fund will be managed by Bank of Ireland as part of the Government's bank recapitalisation initiative. <br /><br />It is the eighth such initiative supported by the Government through Enterprise Ireland's 'Seed and Venture' capital programme.
