Citigroup to create 50 new jobs in Dublin
The multinational financial firm Citigroup has announced plans to create 50 jobs in Dublin over the coming year.<br /><br />The company says it plans to invest $24m in its global research, development, innovation and learning centre in Dublin, where it already employs 50 people.<br /><br />The new jobs will come on stream by the end of 2010.<br /><br />Citigroup has been operating in Ireland since 1965 and employs around 2,000 people in the country.
