Griffith College offer reduced rate to NUJ members

Griffith College is now offering current NUJ members a significantly reduced rate on the MA in Journalism and Media Communications, Level 9 Masters degree programme for the academic year 2010/2011. This programme will provide NUJ members with academic recognition for their expertise and professional skills. Along with studying a variety of taught modules, students on the MA will produce an independent piece of written research by dissertation or by professional practice through film, radio or photography.

• Normal price is €7,700; current NUJ member price €5,500. Fees can be paid in two installments and registered students can claim 20% tax relief.
  
• This offer can be used for entry onto either the full time or part time evening modes of study, offering flexibility to NUJ members with unstructured work commitments.
  
• Applications will be accepted from NUJ members until 15th September and classes begin on 20th September for the next academic year.
  
• Applicants must have a minimum of 2.2. degree in any discipline however Griffith College is also willing to accept applications from NUJ members who do not meet these academic requirements but who have significant work experience. Such applicants must submit a detailed CV on application and may be subject to interview.
